The Money Movie
1. GENERAL CONTEST DETAILS
Organizer: Digital Goo Productions
Movie Release Date: July 8, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST
Answer Submission Period: August 22, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST to August 23, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST
Geographic Eligibility: Open worldwide, except where prohibited by law. Void in restricted jurisdictions including, but not limited to: Quebec (Canada), New York, Florida, Rhode Island (USA), and sanctioned territories.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be the age of majority in their country, province, or state of residence.
Employees, cast, crew, marketing partners, and any party directly involved in the production or promotion of The Money Movie are not eligible.
All prizes will be paid in USD. International winners are responsible for all conversion fees, taxes, or financial reporting.
3. ENTRY & ACCESS
A $5 USD fee grants access to view the movie.
Contest entry is free. No purchase is necessary to submit an answer.
A public Quiz/Solve Form will be available at www.WatchSolveWin.com from August 22 at 12:00 AM to August 23 at 5:00 PM EST.
Each individual is limited to one entry. No additional submissions are allowed.
Submission times are logged via server timestamps; IP addresses and time zones are collected to ensure fairness.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the contest is cancelled by Digital Goo Productions.
4. PUZZLE & SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Each submission must include:
The correct answer to the question: "Where does Ryan go from here?"
A detailed explanation of the clues that led to this answer.
Submissions without supporting clues or with incomplete reasoning will be disqualified. No resubmissions or edits are allowed once the form is submitted.
5. WINNER SELECTION & TIEBREAKERS
The winner will be the first participant to submit a fully correct answer and clue breakdown.
In the event of a tie (multiple correct entries in the same second), the entry with the strongest, most logically sound clues will win.
Digital Goo Productions reserves the right to split the prize in rare tie scenarios.
The winner will be contacted by email and has 10 days to claim the prize.
6. PRIZE DETAILS & SKILL TESTING
Grand Prize: $10,000 USD (subject to increase at our discretion based on participation).
Prize will be paid via PayPal or bank transfer; winner is responsible for any fees.
Winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question to legally claim the prize. (e.g., (12 × 2) + 8 − 6 = ?)
7. WINNER VERIFICATION & PROOF OF IDENTITY
Winners must provide government-issued ID, proof of age of majority, and confirmation that they were the authorized user of the payment method.
Proof must be submitted within 5 days of notification.
Failure to provide documentation in time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. DISQUALIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION
Participants may be disqualified for:
Submitting more than one entry
Using multiple accounts
Sharing access credentials
Publicly posting answers before the contest ends
Tampering with the contest platform or using bots
All entries are subject to manual and AI-based review. Any chargebacks or reversed payments will result in cancellation of entries.
9. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
We collect: name, email, IP address, time zone, and payment method (if applicable).
Data may be used for contest operations, prize processing, and marketing.
Data is retained for up to 2 years

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USE
Watching the movie does not grant any rights to reproduce or share the film.
No part of The Money Movie may be recorded, reposted, or uploaded.
Legal action may be taken against unauthorized use.
Winners consent to having their name publicly announced, and may be asked to participate in promotional content. Consent for promotional use of image or video will be requested separately.
11. LIABILITY WAIVER
By participating, entrants agree to release Digital Goo Productions from all liability arising from:
Participation in the contest
Viewing the movie
Technical malfunctions
Misuse of data by third parties
Emotional distress or dissatisfaction with results
Participation is voluntary and at the user’s own risk.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Disputes will first be resolved via mediation or arbitration before legal action.
Mandatory local consumer protections still apply where relevant.
13. TECHNICAL ISSUES
In the event of platform failure, the contest may be extended by up to 4 hours.
If issues persist, entries will be accepted via [email protected].
No refunds will be provided due to technical difficulties.
14. SCAMS, IMPERSONATION & THIRD PARTIES
Digital Goo Productions is not responsible for fake accounts, scam messages, or fraudulent third-party activity.
All official communication will come from:

Accounts

Legal
These terms are governed by Canadian law. If any section is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall still apply.
